Lead / Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior /Lead Product Designer ready to work primarily on a long-term HR system project. We are developing a modern platform to improve the everyday lives of thousands of employees at a multinational restaurant chain from people management to daily operations.

The project is in its early stages, providing a unique opportunity to shape a long-term product from initial concepts to detailed design and testing, in collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and other designers.

The challenge is creating a system that balances operational efficiency with an approachable, engaging, and easy-to-use user experience. Internal employee tools also reflect the employer brand and impact daily employee experience. Your work will include designing workflows, operational interfaces, data-heavy views, forms, tables and management tools, as well as validating solutions through user research and testing.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who identifies with the following description:

• You have several years of experience in product, UX or UI design in complex digital products, SaaS platforms or enterprise systems
• You understand how to design efficient workflows and scalable interface patterns
• You are comfortable working with data-heavy and operational user interfaces
• You value usability, clarity, and systematic thinking in your design work
• You are experienced in prototyping, user testing and iterative design
• You are familiar with modern design tools
• You are independent, proactive and collaborative
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English

You can work from either our Turku or Helsinki offices, with flexibility for remote work as part of your regular routine. However, the role requires frequent presence in Turku and visits to the customer's premises. The monthly salary is flexible, but we anticipate it falling within 4000 - 7000 € for the right candidate.
